According to TMZ, the gigantic estate was recently was sold for $8 million USD, a bargain compared to the original listing of $18.5 million USD over a decade ago. The buyer is turning the 21 bedroom, 9-kitchen residence into a luxurious retirement home as long as the town approves of the zoning modifications, which likely means the mansion’s nightclub, adult entertainment room and grotto will have to make way for something more accommodating for the elderly.
