LeBron’s incredible transformation has been well documented this off-season, as the tank of a man he once was, trimmed down to a slender version of himself. LeBron went on a strict 67 day no carb diet this Summer, consisting solely of fish, meat, vegetables and fruit which resulted significant weight loss.

LeBron is still an absolute monster, at about 250 lbs, and won’t have any issues battling with the bigs in the paint, but he now says he feels a lot quicker, which is nauseating for the rest of the league.
