Chances are everyone has at least one ex that they hope to stunt on at some point in life. It could be that you become successful and they see you on TV or in a magazine. Or, in the case of Shy Glizzy, you could make a song about how awesome your new life is, and tell all those shallow exes that it’s quiet for them when they try and get back in your good graces. That’s pretty much what Shy Glizzy does with his video for “Everything Golden.”
The latest visual off of his Law 3 mixtape, Glizzy’s “Everything Golden” features the D.C. native flowing with his feet kicked up on some smooth Zaytoven production. Hanging with some golden girls that look like a certain James Bond villain got his hands on them, Glizzy reminisces on how his old chicks left him high and dry in the past. Of course, he enjoys shutting them down when they come crawling out of the woodwork to get a taste of his lavish new lifestyle.
