Murder attempt charges against Troy Ave had been cleared thanks to Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Ushir Pandit-Durant. However, the Brooklyn rapper is still in jail without no bond set and according to new documents from the case, Ave has been charged for one count of attempted second degree murder and four counts of criminal possession of a weapon for his involvement in the T.I. concert shooting that left his bodyguard and friend, Ronald (Edgar) McPhatter, dead on May 25. Scott Leemon, Troy’s lawyer has no problem with Troy pleading his case as a victim They are planning to ask for a bail later this week.
