Steel-High & CD East faced off this past Saturday for a great non-conference matchup. Steel-High was led by dynamic scorer Chris Walls who finished the game with 27 points and 10 rebounds. Chris is versatile player who can handle the ball on the perimeter, shoot from deep and still has the size to punish smaller defenders on the block.

Division I football recruit Mehki Flowers added 16 points, 7 rebounds and 3 steals to supplement the rollers attack. The sophomore shooting guard is a physical player who uses his size, strength, and quickness as well as anyone in the state.

CD East was led by junior PG Shawn Lewis. Lewis knocked down six three-pointers to led the CD East attack. He finished with 18 points all from beyond the arc!
