Jay Z has proven to have a keen eye when it comes to talent in the sports world. The Brooklyn born emcee has transformed his career from rapper, to businessman, to Nets owner and now to sports agent. He’s a jack of all trades!

And if there’s one thing that Hov has proven in these past few months since taking on his latest venture with Roc Nation Sports, it’s that he can have whoever he wants. All he has to do is make that dial. His most recent acquisition was probably his biggest when he signed on Thunder superstar Kevin Durant.

Durant joins agency-mates Robinson Cano, Geno Smith and Skylar Diggins. Not a bad lineup for a guy who just got in the game. And for his next act, Jay looks to dive into the college ranks and snatch up one of those once-in-a-decade players. I’m talking about the University of South Carolina’s Jadeveon Clowney.

Coming off a monster sophomore season, the 6’6″, 274-pound, defensive end has all of the tools to become the next Reggie White. He’s fast, strong and has a nose for the ball. For those of you questioning just how good this kid is, please see below.

Now that’s what you call the hit of the century. How do you knock a guy on his ass, make his helmet come off, cause the fumble then pick it up with your left hand? That’s unheard of. It doesn’t take much more to prove that this guy is going to be legendary.

According to Darren Heitner, “Jadeveon Clowney is in regular contact with Jay Z & will likely end up choosing Roc Nation Sports.” This report comes via Inside The League.
