Michael Jordan married model Yvette Prieto in a lavish Palm Beach, Florida wedding on Saturday, which included a long list of his athlete friends. Stars like Patrick Ewing and former Chicago Bulls Scottie Pippen, Ron Harper, Tiger Woods and Toni Kukoc as well as NBA TV announcer Ahmad Rashad attended the event at Bethesda-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church.
After the wedding, the couple headed over to the mind-blowing reception at the Bears Club, a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course community in Jupiter, Fla. A 40,000 square foot tent was erected to hold the 2,200 guests for the event. Jordan’s 38,000-square-foot home just a few feet away was deemed too small for the reception.
