With Sony set to announce the Playstation 4 on February 20th, more details have emerged, as the new gaming system is rumored to cost less than $500.
According to Japanese newspaper The Asahi Shimbun, Sony’s new gaming console will allegedly cost 40,000 Yen, which is roughly $425.
This price point is substantially cheaper than the Playstation 3, which initially retailed for $500-600.
The big Playstation 4 announcement will be held at a press conference in New York on February 20th.
