Sometimes the greatest collaborations only exist in our heads. However, there is some incredibly talented customizers out there that can bring our sneaker dreams to reality. Jacob Ferrato started JBF Customs when he was 16, doing simple paint jobs on his shoes and posting them onto forums. Years later, he’s perfected the art and turned his hobby into a living. For his latest project, he took a pair of the classic Air Jordan 1 silhouette and given them an awesome Bape makeover. A simple black upper is complimented with the instantly recognizable Ape camouflage print and finished with a crisp white outsole. The Air Jordan 1 “Bape” by JBF Customs is limited to just five pairs including Ferrato’s own and will cost $1,500 each.
