Nike and OHSU Doernbehcher Freestyle joined forces for the 12th release of special-edition Jordan Brand shoes designed by Mark Smith last year. Fittingly, the Air Jordan 12 was tapped as the latest silhouette to receive the ultra-limited bespoke treatment, which ended up fetching hefty sums of up to $15,000 USD via auction on eBay. Limited to just a dozen pairs, we were fortunate enough to get a closer look at the ultra-limited shoe, which features a hand-drawn rendering of an original Tinker Hatfield sketch across the leather upper and signatures from both Nike designers along the side panel. Additionally, the one-of-one shoes were presented in a custom box with Tinker’s “initial thoughts” of the design. Get a detailed look at the Air Jordan 12 Doernbecher above as it’s safe to say you’ll probably never get to see these in person.
