A woman used her tongue to call 911 after a man tied her up and raped her while she was house-sitting for a friend in Long Island last month, according to prosecutors.

Patrick O’Sullivan, of East Moriches, New York, has pleaded not guilty to raping and terrorizing the woman at gunpoint inside the home on November 20th.

Prosecutors say the 20-year-old O’Sullivan tied the woman’s hands behind her back with duct tape before the attack.

He assaulted her for an hour and then fled, prosecutors said. Ten minutes after he left, the woman used her tongue to call 911.

According to authorities, O’Sullivan threatened the woamn with a kitchen knife, as well as a .22 caliber Mossberg semi-automatic rifle.

He allegedly gained access to the house where she was staying through an unlocked kitchen door.

O’Sullivan has been charged with predatory sexual assault, rape, a criminal sexual act, sexual abuse, burglary and two counts of criminal use of a firearm.

County Judge Barbara Kahn set bail for O’Sullivan at $250,000 cash or one million dollars bond.
