You usually only see pep talks like this in movies. Although this one isn’t quite as long as the Hollywood versions, it most definitely is just as intense. And what a voice… the man sounds like he was made to yell.

I wonder if that’s how he places his order to the drive-thru intercom at Wendy’s…
