steph-curry-is-signed-to-under-armour-until-2024-1

The human highlight reel that is Steph Curry is one of five MVP’s currently signed to Under Armour’s roster. However, the NBA superstar could have easily ended up with Nike back in 2013, the year before his breakout season, but the Swoosh chose to let him walk instead. The sportswear giant surely regrets that decision now but they might never get another chance to sign him considering Under Armour has the 27-year-old locked up through 2024, which is pretty much the duration of his career. With sales up 28% from last year and the likes of Michael Phelps and golfer Jordan Spieth on its roster as well, UA has firmly cemented itself as the No.2 sportswear company in the U.S.. Do you guys think the Baltimore-based brand has a realistic chance to catch up to Nike in the coming years? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
